"Give Before You Gobble!"

The Give ’N Gobble 5K has become a beloved Thanksgiving tradition in Dickson County, bringing together runners, volunteers, and spectators for a morning of fun, gratitude, and giving back.

In 2025, 1,762 runners, local sponsors, and more than 100 volunteers helped raise $103,000 for the Dickson County Help Center, which serves neighbors across Dickson County through its food bank, assistance office, and other preventative and responsive programs. Rooted in love and dignity, the Help Center helps families put food on the table, keep the lights on, access medicine, and face difficult moments with compassion. 

Since 2014, 13,612 runners have participated in the Give 'N Gobble, helping raise more than $542,000 to carry that mission forward.
