Give ‘N Gobble Race Event Sponsorship Information

The Give ‘N Gobble Race Committee invites you to make this 5th year race celebration a huge success! Since 2014, the Give ‘N Gobble Race Event has raised over $100,000 for the Dickson County Help Center. The Dickson County Help Center uses this money to provide Christian spiritual guidance, emotional comfort and physical support for those caught in a temporary situation of need.

The Give ‘N Gobble Race Event will be held on Thanksgiving Day.  Your sponsorship helps to defray the cost of organizing the event.  Funds received from sponsorships are used to purchase t-shirts and medals for registered race participants, provide chip timing, awards, and complimentary drinks and snacks for each race participant.  All additional money from sponsorships goes directly to the Dickson County Help Center.   All sponsorships are tax deductible.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Marquee Level Sponsor – $5,000 minimum

  • Business name listed on all race materials as Marquee Level Sponsor
  • Listing on the Give ‘N Gobble website for one year (www.gg5K.org)
  • Display booth or flyer distribution at Race start/finish line
  • Business name on official race t-shirt as Marquee Sponsor
  • Recognition of sponsorship at Awards Ceremony
  • Ability to post sponsorship signage at start/finish line
  • 30 race entries (includes t-shirt for entrants)
  • Mile marker sign with business name on course route
  • Business ability to give items for award winners gift bag
  • Business ability to put items in goodie bags for all participants

Platinum Level Sponsor – $2,500 minimum

  • Business name listed on all race materials as Platinum Level Sponsor
  • Listing on the Give ‘N Gobble website for one year
  • Display booth or flyer distribution at Race start/finish line (location in Holland Park)
  • Business name on official race t-shirt as Platinum Sponsor
  • Recognition of sponsorship at Awards Ceremony
  • Ability to post sponsorship signage at start/finish
  • 15 race entries (includes t-shirt for entrants)
  • Business ability to give items for award winners gift bag
  • Business ability to put items in goodie bags for all participants

 

Gold Level Sponsor – $1,000 minimum

  • Business name listed on all race materials as Gold Level Sponsor
  • Listing on Give ‘N Gobble website for one year
  • Display booth or Flyer distribution at race start/finish (Location in Holland Park)
  • Business name on official race t-shirt as Gold Sponsor
  • Recognition of sponsorship at Awards Ceremony
  • 5 race entries (includes t-shirts for entrants)
  • Business ability to give items for goodie bags for all participants

Silver Level Sponsor – $500 minimum

  • Business name listed on all race materials as Silver Level Sponsor
  • Listing on Give ‘N Gobble website for one year
  • Business ability to give items for goodie bags for all participants

Bronze Level Sponsor – $250 minimum

  • Listing on Give ‘N Gobble website for one year
  • Business ability to give items for goodie bags for all participants

Vendor Booth – $150 minimum

  • Vendor booth in Holland Park
